Estilo de vida y riesgo cardiovascular en los profesionales de enfermería en el servicio de centro quirúrgico en una clínica privada en Lima, 2026

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene por Propósito “Determinar la relación entre el estilo de vida y el riesgo cardiovascular en los profesionales de enfermería en servicio del centro quirúrgico en clínica privada de Lima 2026”. La investigación tiene una perspectiva descriptiva, asociativa, corte único; mediante grupo integrado por 32 enfermeros. Se utilizarán 2 instrumentos el cuestionario PEPS-I de Nola Pender para evaluar la forma de vida, y el algoritmo para ECV, Framingham/OMS. Los datos se analizarán con el software SPSS. Este modelo busca fundamentar la promoción de la salud, se espera que el estudio sirva para fortalecer el estilo de vida saludable de los enfermeros, brindándoles las herramientas necesarias para el control de su salud. Se están considerando los criterios bióticos y serán aprobado por la junta deontológica de la entidad académica Norbert Wiener: Libertad de elección consentimiento informado, protección de los participantes beneficio a la salud para diseñar e implementar programas de promoción de la salud y prevención de ECV, no maleficencia sin daño a participantes y justicia trato equitativo sin discriminación.

The present investigation set out a General Purpose to link the association of daily habits and the possibility of suffering from heart conditions in healthcare in the surgical area of a private health establishment located in the Peruvian capital during the year 2026. The analysis has a descriptive, associative, single-section perspective; using a group of 32 nurses. Two instruments will be used: the PEPS-I questionnaire by Nola Pender to assess lifestyle, and a WHO calculator based on the Framingham Risk Score to estimate cardiovascular risk. Data will be analyzed using SPSS software. This model aims to provide a foundation for health promotion, and the study is expected to strengthen nurses' healthy lifestyles by providing them with the necessary tools for managing their health. The study will be conducted following the Belmont bioethical principles and has been submitted for approval to the Ethics Committee of Norbert Wiener Academic Institution The key bioethical criteria being considered are: freedom of choice (informed consent), protection of participants (health benefit for designing and implementing health promotion and cardiovascular disease prevention programs), non-maleficence (no harm to participants), and fairness (equitable treatment without discrimination)
