Fatiga y calidad de vida en pacientes con secuela de tuberculosis pulmonar en un establecimiento de salud – La Victoria 2025

Abstract

La tuberculosis es una enfermedad que afecta un gran porcentaje a la población seguido del Covid- 19 y asociada al VIH, si bien afecta al parénquima pulmonar, son las secuelas lo que marca al paciente ya que este no pude integrarse a la sociedad por el estigma de haber sido contagiado por dicha enfermedad y las alteraciones físicas ocasionadas por la tuberculosis. El objetivo será establecer cuál es la asociación entre la fatiga y la calidad de vida en los pacientes con secuela de tuberculosis pulmonar. Este estudio es no experimental de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal. Para llegar a saber cuál será la asociación usaremos como instrumentos los test de SF-36 para calidad de vida y la escala de Borg para fatiga.

Tuberculosis is a disease that affects a large percentage of the population, followed by COVID-19 and associated with HIV. Although it affects the lung parenchyma, it is the sequelae that mark the patient, as they cannot integrate into society due to the stigma of having been infected with this disease and the physical alterations caused by tuberculosis. The objective will be to establish the association between fatigue and quality of life in patients with sequelae of pulmonary tuberculosis. This is a non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study. To determine the association, we will use the SF-36 test for quality of life and the Borg scale for fatigue as instruments.
