Conocimiento y práctica de enfermería de destete en pacientes con ventilación mecánica en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de una clínica privada de Lima, 2024

Abstract

Introducción: Referente a pacientes que ingresan a cuidados intensivos, el tener un plan de destete o retirada de ventilación mecánica, utilizando técnicas en los momentos adecuados, además de realizar una evaluación precisa del riesgo de la cirugía, es un hecho fundame ntal para el tratamie nto eficaz de estos pacientes candidatos a la extubación. Objetivo: Identificar cómo el conocimie nto se relaciona con la práctica de enfermería de destete en pacientes con Ventilación Mecánica en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de una Clínica Privada de Lima, 2024. Metodología: Método hipotético- deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y correlacional. Población: 80 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de una Clínica Privada de Lima. La técnica utilizada será la encuesta y la observación, como instrumentos el cuestionario y guía de observación, respectivamente. Dichos instrumentos serán tomados en cuenta desde el trabajo de Londoño y col. del año 2023 y Abad y col. del año 2022. La validez del instrumento 1 fue realizada mediante el procedimiento de juicio de expertos con V de Aiken en valor 0.88; igualmente el instrumento 2, con un valor de 1.00. La confiablidad del instrumento 1 y 2 se realizó mediante una prueba piloto con Kuder – Richardson (KR-20), obteniéndose un resultado 0.75 y 0.8271, respectivamente. También se usará el programa estadístico SPSS para procesar y presentar los datos sobre cada una de las dimensiones de las variables del estudio en forma de gráficos y tablas. Para la correlación de variables se utilizará la prueba de Spearman.

Populatio n: 80 nursing professionals who work in the Intensive Care Unit of a Private Clinic in Lima. The technique used will be the survey and observation, with the questionnaire and observation guideas instruments, respectively. These instruments will be taken into account from the work of Londoño et al. of the year 2023 and Abad et al. of the year 2022. The validity of instrument 1 was carried out through the expert judgment procedure with Aiken's V at a value of 0.88; Likewise instrument 2, with a value of 1.00. The reliability of instrument 1 and 2 was carried out through a pilot test with Kuder – Richardson (KR-20), obtaining a result of 0.75 and 0.8271, respectively. The SPSS statistical program will also be used to process and present the data on each of the dimensions of the study variables in the form of graphs and tables. For the correlation of variables, the Spearman test will be used.
