Proceso enseñanza- aprendizaje y la calidad de las prácticas pre profesionales en estudiantes de Enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima, – 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de “determinar nivel de relación de proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y la calidad de las prácticas pre profesionales en estudiantes de enfermería de noveno y décimo ciclo de una universidad privada de Lima 2021”. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, nivel descriptivocorrelacional Material y método, estudio hipotético-deductivo de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformado por 80 estudiantes de enfermería que realizaron las prácticas pre profesionales en el Hospital de San Juan de Lurigancho. Como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario escala tipo Likert de preguntas cerradas adaptado de autor (Cusihuallpa, 2017). Fue validado a través de juicio de expertos y se utilizó coeficiente V de AIKEN, que permitió cuantificar la relevancia de los ítems, se aplicó la prueba de confiabilidad mediante la prueba estadística de alfa de Cronbach. El cuestionario ha sido conformado por 34 ítems en total, de los cuales 18 preguntas que conformaron la variable proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje dividido en tres dimensiones y 16 ítems conformaron la variable de calidad de las practicas pre profesionales. Se empleó la prueba de correlación de Rho de Spearman para obtener la relación entre las variables. Resultados: Los estudiantes de enfermería al ser encuestados sobre el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje manifiestan que el 91% están totalmente de acuerdo, un 5% algunas veces están de acuerdo y el 1% están totalmente desacuerdo, y un 2.5% manifiesta sobre la calidad de las practicas preprofesionales que es muy mala , 5% mala y un 38% regular , 10% buena y 48,8% muy buena . Hubo relación directa entre el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje y la calidad de las practicas pre profesionales en estudiantes de enfermería de noveno y décimo ciclo durante las prácticas preprofesionales , (r=0,923, p=0,000), así mismo relación directa entre el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje en la dimension organizativa durante las prácticas clínicas, (r= 0,869, p=0,000), en la dimension didáctica (r= 0,915, p=0,000) y en la dimension tecnológica (r= 0,935, p=0,000) Conclusión: Existe relación directa positiva muy buena, entre el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y la calidad de las prácticas pre profesionales en estudiantes de enfermería de noveno y décimo ciclo de Una universidad privada de Lima -2021.

The present research study was carried out with the objective of “determining the level of the teaching-learning process relationship and the quality of pre-professional practices in nursing students in the ninth and tenth cycle of a private university in Lima 2021”. The research had a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, and descriptive-correlational level. Material and method, hypothetical-deductive cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 80 nursing students who carried out pre-professional practices at the Hospital de San Juan de Lurigancho. As an instrument, the Likerttype scale questionnaire of closed questions adapted from the author was used (Cusihuallpa, 2017). It was validated through expert judgment and AIKEN's V coefficient was used, which allowed quantifying the relevance of the items, the reliability test was applied using the Cronbach's alpha statistical test. The questionnaire was made up of 34 items in total, of which 18 questions that made up the teachinglearning process variable divided into three dimensions and 16 items made up the quality variable of pre-professional practices. The Spearman Rho correlation test was used to obtain the relationship between the variables. Results: Nursing students when surveyed about the teaching-learning process state that 91% totally agree, 5% sometimes agree and 1% totally disagree, and 2.5% state about the quality of the pre-professional practices that is very bad, 5% bad and 38% regular, 10% good and 48.8% very good. There was a direct relationship between the teaching - learning process and the quality of the pre-professional practices in nursing students of the ninth and tenth cycle during the pre-professional practices, (r = 0.923, p = 0.000), as well as a direct relationship between the teaching process - learning in the organizational dimension during clinical practices, (r = 0.869, p = 0.000), in the didactic dimension (r = 0.915, p = 0.000) and in the technological dimension (r = 0.935, p = 0.000) Conclusion: There is Very good direct positive relationship between the teaching-learning process and the quality of preprofessional practices in nursing students in the ninth and tenth cycle of a private university in Lima - 2021.
