Muerte violenta por homicidio en población migrante necropsiada en la Morgue Central de Lima durante los años 2019 al 2022

Abstract

La Unidad de Tanatología Forense de la Morgue Central de Lima, desde hace algunos años, viene necropsiando diferentes individuos que pertenecen a una población migrante, con la finalidad de encontrar pruebas que puedan ayudar y esclarecer en investigaciones forenses. La Morgue Central de Lima, viene utilizando diferentes instrumentos como el Protocolo de Necropsia, el cual guarda toda la información referente a la causa y manera de muerte de estos individuos; por ello que, el principal objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar de qué manera la muerte violenta por homicidio se relacionaría con la población migrante necropsiada en la Morgue Central de Lima durante los años 2019 al 2022, utilizando una metodología deductiva, de enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental, con una muestra de 188 protocolos de necropsias pertenecientes a población migrante. Una vez obtenidos estos datos, fueron analizados se analizó mediante el Software IBM SPSS STATICS, versión 20. Asimismo, para la prueba de hipótesis se trabajó con la prueba de Rho Spearman, desprendida de un análisis de Chi Cuadrado de Pearson; teniendo como resultados de que el 55.9% de protocolos de necropsias analizados pertenecen a adultos jóvenes, además que el 90.4% de los casos pertenecen al sexo hombre y que el 71.8% del total de la muestra pertenece a una población venezolana. Llegando a la conclusión que existe una relación entre las muertes violentas por homicidio y la población migrante necropsiada en la Morgue Central de Lima entre los años 2019 al 2022 al 100% de confianza.

The Forensic Thanatology Unit of the Central Morgue of Lima has been performing autopsies on different individuals belonging to a migrant population in order to find evidence that can aid and clarify forensic investigations. They have been using various instruments such as the autopsy protocol, which contains all the information regarding the cause and manner of death of these individuals. Therefore, the main objective of this research was to determine how violent death by homicide is related to the migrant population autopsied at the Central Morgue of Lima during the years 2019 to 2022, using a deductive methodology, quantitative approach, and non experimental design, with a sample of 188 autopsy protocols belonging to migrant population. Once these data were obtained, it was analyzed using IBM SPSS STATICS software, version 20. Additionally, for hypothesis testing, the Rho Spearman test was used, derived from an analysis of Pearson's Chi-Square test; with results showing that 55.9% of analyzed autopsy protocols belong to young adults, furthermore, 90.4% of the cases belong to the male gender, and 71.8% of the total sample belongs to the Venezuelan population. The conclusion reached was that there is a relationship between violent deaths by homicide and the migrant population autopsied at the Central Morgue of Lima between the years 2019 to 2022 with 100% confidence.
