Objetivo: La finalidad de esta investigación es examinar el vínculo entre los niveles de estrés experimentados en el entorno laboral y la calidad de vida profesional del personal de enfermería cual se desempeña en sus funciones en centro quirúrgico. Metodología: El enfoque del estudio será cuantitativo y de tipo aplicada, utilizando el método no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional. La población serán los enfermeros que realizan funciones exclusivamente asistenciales dentro del área de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional de Ica. Los participantes se seleccionarán mediante un muestreo probabilístico, asegurando el cumplimiento de criterios establecidos previamente para su inclusión. La recopilación de información se dará a través de un cuestionario aplicada en una única ocasión, utilizando la Escala de Maslach para valorar el nivel de estrés laboral y el nivel de Calidad de Vida Profesional (CVP-38) con el proposito de evaluar la percepción de calidad de vida profesional. Respecto al procesamiento de la información, inicialmente se utilizará Microsoft Excel versión 2021 para categorizar, estructurar y comprobar la calidad de la confiabilidad de la información. Posteriormente, los datos se exportarán al software SPSS versión 26.0, donde se realizarán los correspondientes análisis cuantitativos y se generarán cuadros y diagramas para favorecer la comprensión de los datos obtenidos de las variables estudiadas.
Resumen
Objective: The purpose of this research is to examine the link between the levels of stress experienced in the work environment and the quality of professional life of nursing staff who perform their duties in a surgical center. Methodology: The focus of the study will be quantitative and applied, using the non experimental, descriptive and correlational method. The population will be nurses who perform exclusively healthcare functions within the surgical center area of the Regional Hospital of Ica. Participants will be selected through probabilistic sampling, ensuring compliance with previously established criteria for inclusion. The collection of information will occur through a questionnaire applied on a single occasion, using the Maslach Scale to assess the level of work stress and the level of Quality of Professional Life (CVP-38) with the purpose of evaluating the perception of quality of professional life. Regarding information processing, Microsoft Excel version 2021 will initially be used to categorize, structure and check the quality and reliability of the information. Subsequently, the data will be exported to SPSS software version 26.0, where the corresponding quantitative analyzes will be carried out and tables and diagrams will be generated to facilitate the understanding of the data obtained from the variables studied.
