Nivel de conocimiento y las prácticas de las medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería en el área de centro quirúrgico en un hospital público nivel II-2 en Puente Piedra, Lima 2026

Abstract

Las medidas en bioseguridad es un tema de vital importancia en el sistema de salud, el cual debe entenderse como un principio orientado a alcanzar actitudes y conductas que disminuya los riesgos de exponerse a infecciones en el entorno del trabajo especialmente en el contexto quirúrgico. El objetivo es determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y las prácticas de medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería del centro quirúrgico en un hospital público nivel ll-2 en Puente Piedra 2026. Metodología se aplicará el método hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo y un diseño de investigación no experimental de corte trasversal, correlacional, con una muestra de 50 enfermeras especialistas. La técnica utilizada encuesta y la observación; se aplicará dos instrumentos ambos propuesto por Walter Acharte en el año 2020, presento buena validez y confiabilidad obteniendo un valor en el primero de 0.893 y el segundo instrumento 0.912. En el proceso de datos estadísticos, se emplearán los programas Microsoft Office Excel y SPSS versión 25, para seleccionar la información pertinente, se generarán gráficas y tablas que permitirán presentar el análisis estadístico y para evaluar la correlación de variables se utilizará Rho de Spearman. En cuanto a la relevancia ética durante el estudio radica el respeto de los principios éticos universales garantizando la protección dignidad y derechos de los participantes.

Biosafety measures is a topic of vital importance in the health system, which must be understood as a principle oriented toward achieving attitudes and behaviors that reduce the risks of exposure to infections in the work environment, especially in the surgical context. The objective is to determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and the practices of biosafety measures of the nursing professional in the surgical center of a public level II-2 hospital in Puente Piedra 2026. Methodology: the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative, and a non experimental, cross-sectional, correlational research design will be applied, with a sample of 50 specialist nurses. The technique used is survey and observation; two instruments will be applied, both proposed by Walter Acharte in the year 2020, presenting good validity and reliability, obtaining a value in the first of 0.893 and the second instrument 0.912. In the process of statistical data, the programs Microsoft Office Excel and SPSS version 25 will be used to select the pertinent information; graphs and tables will be generated that will allow presenting the statistical analysis, and to evaluate the correlation of variables, Spearman's Rho will be used. Regarding ethical relevance during the study, it lies in the respect of universal ethical principles, guaranteeing the protection, dignity, and rights of the participants.
