Pensamiento crítico y cuidado humanizado de enfermería en estudiantes de pre-grado de una universidad pública de Ica. Lima, 2022

Abstract

La investigación presentó como objetivo establecer la relación entre el pensamiento crítico y cuidado humanizado de enfermería en estudiantes de pregrado de una universidad pública de Ica; para el desarrollo del mismo se realizó siguiendo el método hipotético deductivo, con orientación cuantitativa, correlacional; como instrumentos se emplearon los cuestionarios Autopercepción de los estudiantes hacia las competencias del pensamiento crítico de Olivares y López (2017) y la ficha de observación para el cuidado humanizado de enfermería de Pérez et al. (2019); ambos instrumentos se aplicaron mediante la encuesta y fueron validados por medio de jueces expertos, así también reportaron una confiabilidad por Alfa de Cronbach de 0,741 y 0,711 respectivamente; la muestra estuvo compuesta por 88 estudiantes y como resultado se halló que hay una importante relación entre pensamiento crítico y cuidado humanizado de enfermería en estudiantes de pregrado (p= 0,000 y Rho =0, 632), precisando que la relación es bien considerable; concluyendo que a mejor nivel de autopercepción de pensamiento crítico, en los discentes de la muestra, mejor es el cuidado humanizado de enfermería que realiza.

The objective of the research was to establish the relationship between critical thinking and humanized nursing care in undergraduate students from a public university in Ica; For its development, it was carried out following the hypothetical deductive method, with quantitative orientation, correlational; As instruments, the self-perception questionnaires of the students towards the critical thinking skills of Olivares and López (2017) and the observation sheet for humanized nursing care of Pérez et al. (2019); both instruments were applied through the survey and were validated by expert judges, thus they also reported a reliability by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.741 and 0.711 respectively; the sample consisted of 88 students and as a result it was found that there is a significant relationship between critical thinking and humanized nursing care in undergraduate students (p= 0.000 and Rho= 0.632), specifying that the relationship is also considerable positive; concluding that the better level of self-perception of critical thinking, in the students of the sample, the better is the humanized nursing care that they perform.
