Conocimientos de hipertensión arterial y estilos de vida en adultos mayores hipertensos atendidos en el Centro de Salud Íllimo de Lambayeque, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre los conocimientos de la hipertensión arterial y los estilos de vida en adultos mayores hipertensos atendidos en el Centro de Salud Íllimo de Lambayeque, 2025”. Material y método: El método será hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, básico, no experimental, corte transversal y alcance descriptivo-correlacional. La población estará conformada por los 100 pacientes adultos mayores hipertensos atendidos en el Centro de Salud Íllimo de Lambayeque y la muestra será de 80 pacientes hipertensos obtenidos mediante la fórmula del muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia; asimismo, la técnica será la encuesta y los instrumentos el Cuestionario de conocimientos de hipertensión arterial (KR-20 = 0.759), y el Cuestionario del estilo de vida de los adultos mayores hipertensos vida (α = 0.880); que serán aplicados en el trabajo de campo para luego ser procesados en el programa estadístico Microsoft Excel 2021 y SPSS versión 27.0 para su análisis e interpretación se reportarán en tablas y gráficos estadísticos; y para el cálculo de la relación entre las variables se utilizará la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman (Rho).

Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the knowledge of blood pressure and lifestyles in hypertensive older adults attended at the Illimo Health Center of Lambayeque, 2025”. Material and method: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, non-cohort, cross-sectional, cross-sectional and experimental descriptive correlational. The population will consist of the 100 hypertensive adult patients attended at Íllimo Health Center in Lambayeque and the sample will be 80 hypertensive patients obtained using the non-probability sampling formula for convenience; likewise, the technique will be the survey and instruments the Knowledge Questionnaire of hypertension (KR-20 = 0.759), and the Lifestyle Questionnaire of hypertensive older adults life (α = 0.880); that will be applied in the fieldwork to then be processed in the statistical program Microsoft Excel 2021 and SPSS version 27.0 for analysis and interpretation will be reported in statistical tables and graphs; and for the calculation of the relationship between variables, Spearman’s Correlation Test (Rho) will be used.
