Cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente renal crónico hemodializado en un hospital de Lima, 2026

Abstract

Este trabajo investigativo surge mediante la observación, tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción del paciente renal crónico hemodializado en un hospital de Lima, 2026. Material y métodos: Es de tipo correlacional no experimental por lo cual se va a medir ambas variables y se establecerá relación de corte transversal ya que se analizará los datos de las variables recopiladas en un determinado tiempo con el principal objetivo de dar a conocer las propiedades que permitirán evaluar las dimensiones en este trabajo investigativo. La población es de 100 pacientes renales crónicos que se encuentran hemodializados en dicho servicio. El criterio de inclusión es para los pacientes hemodializados el cual participaran con previo consentimiento, y criterio de exclusión para los que no desean participar en este trabajo investigativo que se va a llevar a cabo mediante un instrumento investigativo que es la encuesta en este caso se trabajaran con las variables Cuidado humanizado con sus dimensiones: aspecto humano con 20 ítems (1 al 20), aspecto transpersonal con 21 ítems (21 al 41) y aspecto espiritual con 9 ítems (42 al 50) con calificación politómica, el cuestionario cuenta con un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach el cual obtuvo 0.96 y Satisfacción del paciente con sus dimensiones: : trato humano con 5 ítems (1 al 5) y capacidad resolutiva con 5 ítems (6 al 10) el cuestionario cuenta con un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach obtuvo 0.96; lo resultados serán tabulados estadísticamente interpretados en tablas y gráficos para finalmente evaluar la relación entre ambas variables mediante Rho de Spearman.

This research work arises from observation and aims to determine the relationship between humanized care and the satisfaction of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis in a hospital in Lima, 2026. Material and methods: It is a non experimental correlational study, therefore both variables will be measured and a cross sectional relationship will be established since the data of the variables collected at a specific time will be analyzed with the main objective of revealing the properties that will allow the evaluation of the dimensions in this research work. The study population consists of 100 chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at the aforementioned service. The inclusion criterion is for hemodialysis patients who will participate with prior consent, and the exclusion criterion is for those who do not wish to participate in this research. The research will be conducted using a survey instrument, specifically the following variables: Humanized Care, with its dimensions: Human aspect (20 items, 1-20), Transpersonal aspect (21 items, 21-41), and Spiritual aspect (9 items, 42-50), all with polytomous scoring. The questionnaire has a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.96. Patient Satisfaction, with its dimensions: Human treatment (5 items, 1-5) and Problem-solving capacity (5 items, 6-10), also has a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.96. The results will be tabulated and statistically interpreted in tables and graphs to ultimately evaluate the relationship between both variables using Rho of Spearman.
