Competencias gerenciales y ejecución del programa de inversiones en la sede del Gobierno Regional de Huánuco, periodo 2015 – 2016

Abstract

El objetivo general de la investigación fue el determinar la correlación entre las competencias gerenciales y el nivel de ejecución del programa de inversiones en la Sede del Gobierno Regional de Huánuco durante el periodo 2015 - 2016. Sobre la metodología: El tipo fue básico de nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimental, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, la muestra fue 88 trabajadores, la técnica la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, se usó el Rho de Spearman para contrastar las hipótesis. Se lograron aceptar las hipótesis planteadas, de donde: Se encontró que existe correlación significativa entre las competencias gerenciales y el comportamiento de la ejecución del programa de inversiones (valor de Rho = 0,390 y p = 0,001); de forma similar se encontró que existe relación significativa del liderazgo, planificación, trabajo en equipo, y globalización con el comportamiento de la ejecución del programa de inversiones. Por último, el 76,1% del personal administrativo y funcionarios perciben que las competencias gerenciales de los Gerentes Regionales de dicha institución son de nivel regular, siendo la dimensión focalizado a mejorar la “Globalización”; el 78,4% del personal perciben que la calidad de ejecución del programa de inversiones fue de nivel regular durante el periodo 2015 - 2016, siendo la dimensión focalizado a mejorar la “Brecha ambiental”.

The general aim of the investigation was to determine the correlation between the managerial competitions and the level of execution of the program of investments in the Headquarters of the Regional Government of Huánuco during the period 2015 - 2016. On the methodology: The type was basic of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the approach was quantitative, the sample was 88 workers, the technology the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, the Rho de Spearman was used to confirm the hypotheses. They were achieved to accept the raised hypotheses, wherefrom: one thought that significant correlation exists between the managerial competitions and the behavior of the execution of the program of investments (Rho's value = 0,390 and p = 0,001); of similar form one thought that there exists significant relation of the leadership, planning, teamwork, and globalization with the behavior of the execution of the program of investments. Finally, 76,1 % of the clerical staff and civil servants perceive that the managerial competitions of the Regional Managers of the above mentioned institution are of regular level, being the dimension focused to improving the "Globalization"; 78,4 % of the personnel perceives that the quality of execution of the program of investments was of regular level during the period 2015 - 2016, being the dimension focused to improving the " Environmental gap ".
