La gestión logística y la calidad de servicio del personal en radiología, Subgerencia de Atención Domiciliaria, PADOMI, ESSALUD, 2023

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación pretende establecer la relación entre la gestión logística y la calidad de servicio del personal en radiología de la Subgerencia de Atención Domiciliaria (SGAD), PADOMI, ESSALUD, año 2023. Presentó una metodología basada en el paradigma cuantitativo, de tipología aplicada, método hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño de carácter observacional, de línea transversal y de alcance correlacional. El grupo poblacional estuvo conformado por 253 personal en radiología, con un grupo muestral de tipo probabilística, con 154 participantes, con un muestreo estratificado. Para recabar datos se consideró la encuesta como técnica investigativa contando con dos herramientas: Cuestionario sobre gestión logística, y otra sobre calidad de servicio, con valoración Likert. Los resultados denotaron que hay prevalencia por la percepción media de los encuestados con un 55.8% y 48.1% para ambas variables respectivamente. Concluyendo, que hay correlación directa entre la operación logística y la calidad de servicio del personal en radiología de la Subgerencia de Atención Domiciliaria, PADOMI, ESSALUD, utilizando el coeficiente correlativo de Spearman reflejó correlato alto positivo con un margen de error < 0.05.

The general purpose of the investigative work was: Determine the relationship between logistics management and the quality of service of the radiology staff of the Home Care Sub Management, PADOMI, ESSALUD, year 2023. It presented a methodological route based on the quantitative paradigm, typology applied, hypothetical-deductive method, with a non experimental design of transversal line and correlational scope. The population group was made up of 253 radiology personnel, with a probabilistic sample group, with 154 participants, with stratified sampling. To collect data, the survey was demonstrated as a research technique with two tools: Questionnaire on logistics management, and another on service quality, with a Likert rating. The results denoted that there is prevalence due to the average perception of the respondents with 55.8% and 48.1% for both variables respectively. Concluding, that there is a direct recommendation between logistics management and the quality of service of the radiology staff of the Home Care Sub-Management, PADOMI, ESSALUD, using Spearman's correlation coefficient reflected a high positive correlation with a margin of error < 0.05.
