Sobrecarga y las estrategias de afrontamiento en el cuidador principal del paciente oncohematológico pediátrico de un hospital de EsSalud, 2025

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre la sobrecarga y las estrategias de afrontamiento en el cuidador principal de pacientes oncohematológicos pediátricos de un Hospital de Essalud 2025. La metodología será de enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. Población: El estudio estará comprendido por 91 cuidadores principales de los niños diagnosticados con cáncer infantil, el tipo de muestreo utilizado es probabilístico, estratificado, proporcional. Probabilístico porque la muestra constituye un subgrupo de la población en que todos los participantes tienen la misma posibilidad de ser elegido; estratificado en este margen que la población está dividida en subgrupos, y proporcional el tamaño de cada estrato se ha fijado teniendo en consideración la población de individuos de cada mención. La técnica empleada será el cuestionario. En cuanto a los instrumentos serán medidos por el cuestionario de sobrecarga de Zarit para la primera variable, mientras que el segundo constructo se medirá con el cuestionario COPE 28. Los instrumentos utilizados han sido debidamente validados y cumplen con los estándares de confiabilidad requeridos, según los autores. Los datos obtenidos de las muestras serán analizados y presentados utilizando Excel y el programa SPSS 27.0. Esto permitirá sintetizar los resultados y generar tablas y gráficos para interpretarlos y extraer las conclusiones.

This project aims to determine the relationship between burden and coping strategies in the main caregiver of pediatric oncohematological patients at the Essalud 2025 Hospital. The methodology will be quantitative, with a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. Population: The study will include 91 primary caregivers of children diagnosed with childhood cancer. The sampling method used is probability-stratified and proportional. Probabilistic because the sample constitutes a subgroup of the population in which all participants have an equal chance of being selected; stratified because the population is divided into subgroups; and proportional because the size of each stratum has been determined based on the population of individuals in each category. The technique to be used will be a questionnaire and the instruments will be measured for the first variable, the Zarit burden questionnaire will be used, while the second construct will be measured with the COPE 28 questionnaire. The instruments used have been duly validated and meet the required reliability standards, according to the authors. The data obtained from the samples will be analyzed and presented using Excel and the SPSS 27.0 program. This will allow the results to be synthesized and tables and graphs to be generated to interpret them and draw final conclusions.
