Pertinencia en la política de acceso y el aprovechamiento de la beca 18 otorgada a los ingresantes de universidades privadas en la convocatoria 2014, Pronabec

Abstract

La Beca Pregrado o “Beca 18 de Pregrado” (según el Reglamento de la Ley N° 29837) es una beca subvencionada, para el acceso permanencia y culminación de estudios superiores, a nivel universitario y superior tecnológico, en el país o en el extranjero. La Beca 18 de Pregrado Nacional, tiene como población beneficiaria a estudiantes egresados de educación secundaria con alto rendimiento académico y bajos recursos económicos de acuerdo al Sistema de Focalización de Hogares – SISFOH. El estudio tuvo como objetivo establecer el nivel de relación entre la pertinencia de la política de acceso con el aprovechamiento de la Beca 18 de Pregrado Nacional otorgada a los ingresantes a universidades privadas en la Convocatoria 2014 del PRONABEC. El tipo de investigación es aplicada y su diseño no experimental, la investigación ha considerado para la variable independiente como población a los expertos en gestión de becas y para la variable dependiente los gestores y especialistas en becas; con respecto a la muestra de carácter no probabilístico fueron 38 personas: 8 expertos y 30 gestores y especialistas en becas. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron los cuestionarios. Se aplicó la prueba coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para corroborar las hipótesis del estudio.

The Bachelor Scholarship or Scholarship 18" (according to the Regulation of Law No. 29837) is a subsidized scholarshi for permanent access and completion of higher education, a university level and higher technology, in the country or abroad. This Scholarship has as a beneficiary population the students graduated from high school with high academic performance and low resources in the Household Targeting System - SISFOH. The objective of the study was to establish the level of the relationship between the relevance of the access policy and the use of the National Undergraduate Scholarship 18 awarded to private institutions in the 2014 PRONABEC Call. The type of research is the application and its non-experimental design, the research has become the independent variable such as the population and the experts in management of the dependent variable of the managers and specialists; with respect to the sample of non-probabilistic character were 38 people: 8 experts and 30 managers. The technique of the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study.
