Relación entre la aplicación de estrategias institucionales para controlar el bullying en los estudiantes de primaria y el clima escolar de las instituciones educativas del departamento de Santander 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre Bullying y Clima escolar de los Estudiantes de primaria de las Instituciones del departamento de Santander año 2017. La presente investigación es de tipo aplicada, con diseño de investigación correlacional de enfoque cuantitativo. La investigación recoge una muestra de 342 cuestionarios de estudiantes de cuarto y quinto de primaria de tres instituciones del departamento de Santander con una muestra de tipo probabilístico, que responde el interés y a la intencionalidad de los investigadores, en aportar a la problemática que se presenta en las instituciones educativas. Finalmente se cumple la hipótesis general con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.513 con su respectivo valor de p <0,001 que indica que existe una asociación significativa entre las estrategias institucionales para manejar el bullying y el clima escolar. Así mismo se cumplen cada una de las hipótesis específicas entre las estrategías institucionales y cada una de las dimensiones.

The main objective of the present investigation is to determine what is the relationship between Bullying and School Climate of Primary Students of the Institutions of the Department of Santander year 2017. The present research is of basic type, with correlational research design of quantitative approach. The research includes a population of 342 questionnaires of fourth and fifth elementary students from three institutions of the department of Santander with a sample of probabilistic type, which responds to the interest and the intentionality of the researchers, to contribute to the problematic that is presented in Educational institutions. Finally, the general hypothesis is fulfilled with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.513 with its respective value of p <0.001 indicating that there is a significant association between the institutional strategies to handle bullying and the school climate. Likewise, each of the specific hypotheses between the institutional strategies and each of the dimensions is fulfilled.
