Factores que afectan la seguridad del paciente y cirugía segura según opinion del equipo quirúrgico en Hospital Policial Lima 2022

Abstract

El Propósito fue “Determinar la relación entre la valoración de factores contributivos que afectan la seguridad del paciente y la aplicación del listado de cirugía segura según opinión del equipo quirúrgico en un Hospital Policial de Lima 2022”, la metodología que se utilizo es Deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada alcance correlacional de corte transversal donde se evaluarán al equipo quirúrgico (80 personas) durante el periodo de estudio, teniendo como Resultados :Se analizaron un total de 80 encuestas. Se evidencia predominio de equipo quirúrgico de sexo femenino en un 54.5%, comprendidos entre 31-40 años, en su mayoría con un 42.5% de profesión licenciados de enfermería, con tiempo de servicio de 1-10 años también se evidencia existencia REGULAR de FACTORES CONTRIBUTIVOS, asimismo del 100%, el 52.5% posee una aplicación ALTA del listado de cirugía segura., llegando a la conclusión según los resultados existen factores contributivos pero eso no perjudica en la aplicación de listado de cirugía segura. Es decir No existe relación significativa (p=0.461) entre la valoración de factores contributivos que afectan la seguridad del paciente y la aplicación del listado de cirugía segura según opinión del equipo quirúrgico en un hospital policial de lima 2022 con un nivel de relación inversa y muy baja (rho= - 0.084).

There is evidence of a predominance of a female surgical team in 54.5%, between 31-40 years old, mostly with 42.5% of nursing graduates, with service time of 1-10 years, there is also evidence of REGULAR existence of FACTORS CONTRIBUTIVE, also 100%, 52.5% have a HIGH application of the list of safe surgery, reaching the conclusion according to the results there are contributory factors but that does not harm the application of the list of safe surgery. That is, there is no significant relationship (p=0.461) between the assessment of contributing factors that affect patient safety and the application of the list of safe surgery according to the opinion of the surgical team in a police hospital in Lima 2022 with a level of inverse relationship and very low (rho= - 0.084).
