Peritaje especializado y su relación con la escena del crimen en delitos de homicidios en el distrito fiscal de Lima - 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como fin determinar la relación entre el peritaje especializado con la escena del crimen en homicidios en el distrito fiscal de Lima - 2022. El método que se empleó fue hipotético y deductivo, el enfoque fue cuantitativo de corte transversal, nivel correlacional, de tipo aplicada y diseño fue no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 81 peritos de la Dirección de Criminalística que participan durante el peritaje, la inspección de la escena del crimen y la cadena de Custodia de Evidencias en el distrito fiscal de Lima. Los resultados estadísticos descriptivos develaron que, cuando el 25,9% de veces la variable Escena del crimen en homicidios fue percibida con un nivel “Poco apropiada para el peritaje”; existió un 22,2% de veces que la variable fue percibida con un nivel regular. Asimismo, con respecto a los resultados estadísticos inferenciales se observó que al grado de significación fue 0,000 y el grado de correlación fue 0,808. Finalmente, se concluyó que, existe suficientemente evidencia estadística para aceptar la hipótesis general; la cual sostiene que existe relación alta entre el peritaje especializado con la escena del crimen en homicidios en el distrito fiscal de Lima – 2022.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between specialized expertise and the crime scene in homicides in the Lima District Attorney's Office - 2022. The method used was hypothetical and deductive, the approach was quantitative, crosssectional, correlational, applied and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 81 experts from the Directorate of Criminalistics who participate during the expert examination, the inspection of the crime scene and the chain of custody of evidence in the public prosecutor's district of Lima. The descriptive statistical results revealed that, while 25.9% of the time the variable Crime Scene in homicides was perceived as "Not very appropriate for the expert examination", 22.2% of the time the variable was perceived as regular. Likewise, with respect to the inferential statistical results, it was observed that the degree of significance was 0.000 and the degree of correlation was 0.808. Finally, it was concluded that there is sufficient statistical evidence to accept the general hypothesis, which holds that there is a high relationship between specialized expertise and the crime scene in homicides in the Lima district attorney - 2022.
