Participación de actores sociales y percepción del funcionamiento de la política para reducir anemia en niños de 4 a 11 meses en un establecimiento de salud, Chorrillos 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la participación de actores sociales y la percepción del funcionamiento de la política para reducir anemia en niños de 4 a 11 meses en un establecimiento de salud en Chorrillos, el cual fue una investigación del tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental transversal y de alcance correlacional; utiliza el muestreo no probabilístico seleccionando por conveniencia a 80 cuidadoras de niños de entre 4 a 11 meses de nacidos, cumpliendo criterios de inclusión exclusión a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado, validado por expertos y evaluado por el Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach garantizando su confiabilidad. Se concluye que existe una relación significativa entre la participación de actores sociales y la percepción del funcionamiento de la política para reducir anemia en ciertas dimensiones; destacando la visita domiciliaria por actores sociales a las cuidadoras de niños. Estos hallazgos destacan la importancia de la participación de actores sociales y la percepción de la política para reducir anemia en niños de 4 a 11 meses con un coeficiente Rho de 0,413 destacando que existe una correlación positiva moderada entre las variables.

The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the participation of social actors and the perception of the functioning of the policy to reduce anemia in children from 4 to 11 months in a health facility in Chorrillos, which was an investigation of the type applied, quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design and correlational scope; uses non-probabilistic sampling, selecting by convenience 80 caregivers of children between 4 and 11 months old, meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria to whom a structured questionnaire was applied, validated by experts and evaluated by the Cronbach´s Alpha Coefficient, guaranteeing its reliability. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the participation of social actors and the perception of the functioning of the policy to reduce anemia in certain dimensions, highlighting the home visit by social actors to the child caregivers. These findings highlight the importance of the participation of social actors and the perception of the policy to reduce anemia in children from 4 to 11 months’ whit a Rho coefficient of 0.413, highlighting that there is a moderate positive correlation between the variables.
