Nivel de conocimiento y cuidados en el neurodesarrollo del prematuro por el personal de enfermería de un hospital público, Lima, 2025

Abstract

El neurodesarrollo en recién nacidos prematuros es un área crítica de atención en las Unidades de Cuidados de terapia Intensiva Neonatales. La comprensión y aplicación de cuidados adecuados por parte del personal de enfermería son fundamentales para mitigar las consecuencias adversas que pueden surgir en el desarrollo del bebé, considerando factores como el macroambiente, microambiente y la familia Objetivo: Explorar como se relaciona el Nivel de conocimiento y cuidados en el neurodesarrollo de los bebes prematuros en el personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Críticos Neonatal de un hospital publica, Lima, 2025. Metodología: Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se implementará un enfoque hipotético - deductivo, utilizando herramientas cuantitativas el estudio ser de naturaleza Aplicada y no experimental, poniéndose a desenredar las conexiones estudios correlacionales de manera transversal. Contaran con la participación de 70 personal de enfermería a quien representaran la población total del estudio a cada uno se aplicará un Cuestionario y una lista de verificación ambos cuidadosamente validados para asegurar la fiabilidad y precisión, los datos recolectados serán sometidos a un escrutinio con el software estadístico SPSS versión 26 y se expresara en tablas y figuras del programa Excel. Las conclusiones emergen al cierre de la Investigación, se podrá desentrañar la relación entre las variables a través de la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman.

Neurodevelopment in preterm infants is a critical area of care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units. The understanding and application of adequate care by the nursing staff are fundamental to mitigate the adverse consequences that may arise in the baby's development, considering factors such as the macroenvironment, microenvironment and the family Objective: To explore how the level of knowledge and care in the neurodevelopment of premature babies is related to the nursing staff in the Neonatal Critical Care Unit of a public hospital, Lima, Lima, 2025. Methodology: To carry out this study, a hypothetical-deductive approach will be implemented, using quantitative tools, the study will be of an applied and non-experimental nature, and will set out to unravel the connections and correlational studies in a cross-sectional manner. A questionnaire and a checklist, both carefully validated to ensure reliability and accuracy, will be applied to each of them. The data collected will be subjected to a scrutiny with the statistical software SPSS version 26 and will be expressed in tables and figures of the Excel program. The conclusions emerge at the end of the research, the relationship between the variables can be unraveled through the Spearman's Rho statistical test.
