Notion of the body from Colombian music: bodily and bio-anthropo-cultural experiences for child psychomotor development in Ibagué-Colombia (2020-2022)

Abstract

The objective is to determine how the lifestyle and the level of stress due to work influence the performance of the members of the health networks of Huamalies and Huacaybamba - Huánuco region, 2021; The type is of applied characteristics, of explanatory level, of design, that of not doing experiments, the data was collected by cross-section, with the sample of 234 people, the survey and the questionnaire were used as a technique and instrument respectively, and quantitative is focus. The 55,1% of workers consider that their lifestyle is of a high level, where what stands out the most is the dimension “Interpersonal relationships”; 69,2% indicate that their work stress is of a regular level, the most stressful criterion being "Involvement"; and 85,5% specify that their performance is of a high level, being the dimension that highlights the “Team work”. It was concluded that there is an influence of lifestyle on the performance of workers (t = 6,205 and p = 0,000), and job stress does not influence the performance that characterizes health networks (t = 0,759 and p = 0,449).

Se tiene que el objetivo es determinar cómo el estilo de vida y el nivel de estrés por trabajar influyen en el desempeño de los integrantes de las redes de salud de Huamalies y Huacaybamba – región Huánuco, 2021; el tipo es de características aplicadas, de nivel explicativo, de diseño el de no hacer experimentos, los datos se recabaron por corte transversal, siendo la muestra de 234 personas, la encuesta y el cuestionario se usaron como técnica e instrumento respectivamente, y cuantitativo es el enfoque. Se tiene que el 55,1% de trabajadores considera que su estilo de vida es de nivel alto, donde lo que más se resalta es la dimensión “Relaciones interpersonales”; el 69,2% señala que su estrés laboral es de nivel regular, siendo el criterio más estresante la “Implicación”; y el 85,5% precisa que su desempeño es de nivel alto, siendo la dimensión que resalta la “Labor de equipo”. Se concluyó que existe el estilo de vida logra influir sobre el desempeño de los trabajadores (t = 6,205 y p = 0,000), y el estrés por trabajar no logra influenciar en el desempeño que caracteriza a las redes de salud (t = 0,759 y p = 0,449).
