Estrategias de benchmarking para el posicionamiento de farmacias en Lima Metropolitana – 2022

Abstract

The objective was to determine the relationship between Benchmarking strategies and the positioning of pharmacies in Metropolitan Lima – 2022. A study with a hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design was conducted. The population sample included 40 pharmacy technicians and customers. The instruments used were two questionnaires to collect data on benchmarking strategies and positioning, and the Spearman's Rho non-parametric test was applied. Results: Significant associations were found between pharmacy positioning and process analysis, with a low positive relationship (rho = 0.375; p = 0.017); minimal with information sharing, with a low positive coefficient (rho = 0.288; p = 0.072); and non-significant with efficacy analysis (rho = 0.160; p = 0.323). Conclusion: There is a low positive significant relationship between Benchmarking strategies and pharmacy positioning (rho = 0.339; p = 0.032).

Se propuso como objetivo determinar la relación entre las estrategias de Benchmarking y el posicionamiento de farmacias en Lima Metropolitana – 2022. Se consideró un estudio de método hipotético deductivo de enfoque cuantitativa, tipo básico y diseño no experimental, correlacional y corte transversal. Se consideró como muestra poblacional a 40 técnicos de farmacia y clientes. Los instrumentos que se consideraron fueron dos cuestionarios que permitieron recolectar datos sobre las estrategias de benchmarking y posicionamiento, la prueba aplicada fue la no paramétrica Rho de Spearman. Se evidenció en los resultados asociaciones significativas entre el posicionamiento de farmacias y análisis de proceso con un coeficiente que genera una relación positiva baja (rho = 0.375; p = 0.017); mínima con compartir información con un coeficiente positiva baja (rho = 0.288; p = 0.072); y no significativa con el análisis de eficacia (rho = 0.160; p = 0.323). Se concluye que se presenta una relación significativa positiva baja entre las estrategias de Benchmarking y posicionamiento de farmacia (rho = 0.339; p = 0.032).
