Calidad de vida y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes en terapia de hemodiálisis de un Hospital en Huánuco, 2025

Abstract

Este estudio tendrá como fin analizar la relación que hay entre la calidad de vida y la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes que se encuentran en terapia de hemodiálisis en un hospital ubicado en Huánuco, durante el año 2025. Se adoptará un enfoque cuantitativo, corte transversal con un diseño no experimental, con un método hipotético-deductivo, lo que permitirá identificar posibles relaciones entre las variables de estudio. La muestra estará conformada por 94 pacientes que reciben tratamiento de hemodiálisis y que cumplen con los criterios de inclusión previamente establecidos para garantizar la representatividad de los resultados. Para la recolección de los datos, se emplearán dos cuestionarios: uno con 36 preguntas, diseñado para evaluar la calidad de vida de los pacientes, y otro con 14 ítems, cuyo objetivo es medir el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento. Ambos cuestionarios han sido validados previamente, presentando altos coeficientes de confiabilidad, con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0.970 para la calidad de vida y de 0.835 para la adherencia al tratamiento. La evaluación de los datos se realizará mediante técnicas estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales, los resultados se presentarán de manera clara en tablas y gráficos. Se espera que este estudio proporcione información valiosa que permita el desarrollo de estrategias de intervención y educación dirigidas a perfeccionar la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida de los usuarios en hemodiálisis. Esto contribuirá a una mejor atención médica y al bienestar general de los pacientes, beneficiando tanto a los profesionales de la salud como al entorno hospitalario.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between quality of life and adherence to treatment in users who are on hemodialysis therapy in a hospital located in Huánuco, during the year 2025. A quantitative approach will be adopted with a non-experimental design and cross-section, with a hypothetical-deductive method, which will allow the identification of possible relationships between the study variables. The sample will be made up of 94 users receiving hemodialysis treatment and who meet the inclusion criteria previously established to guarantee the representativeness of the results. For data collection, two questionnaires will be used: one with 36 questions, designed to assess the quality of life of patients, and another with 14 reactant, whose objective is to measure the level of adherence to treatment. Both questionnaires have been previously validated, presenting high reliability coefficients, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.970 for quality of life and 0.835 for adherence to treatment. The analysis of the data will be carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, the results will be clearly presented in tables and graphs. It is hoped that this study will provide valuable information that will allow the development of intervention and education strategies aimed at improving treatment adherence and quality of life for hemodialysis patients. This will contribute to better medical care and the overall well-being of patients, benefiting both healthcare professionals and the hospital environment.
