Calidad de atención de enfermería y satisfacción en los pacientes del servicio de hemodiálisis de un hospital de Lima Metropolitana,2024

Abstract

El estudio presenta como Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y satisfacción en los pacientes del Servicio de Hemodiálisis de un hospital de lima metropolitana,2024”. Metodología: El método empleado será de tipo hipotético-deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, clasificada como aplicada y con un diseño correlacional y transversal. La muestra y la población objeto de investigación estarán compuestas por 80 pacientes. Después de haber reunido la data de la encuesta, se realizarán análisis y se mostrarán en forma de tablas y gráficos estadísticos mediante el uso de Microsoft 365, específicamente con la aplicación Excel y el software SPSS 26. 0. A continuación, se llevará a cabo el análisis e interpretación basándose en la fundamentación teórica y el contexto del estudio, lo cual permitirá desarrollar la discusión, así como establecer conclusiones y sugerencias. Asimismo, se utilizará estadística inferencial sin parámetros, centrándose en la prueba de correlación de Spearman, con el propósito de analizar los datos.

The study presents as its Objective: “To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and satisfaction in patients of the Hemodialysis Service of a hospital in metropolitan Lima, 2024”. Methodology: The method used will be hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, classified as applied and with a correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample and the population under investigation will be composed of patients. After having gathered the survey data, analyses will be carried out and displayed in the form of tables and statistical graphs using Microsoft 365, specifically with the Excel application and the SPSS 26. 0 software. Next, the analysis and interpretation will be carried out based on the theoretical foundation and the context of the study, which will allow the discussion to be developed, as well as establishing conclusions and suggestions. Likewise, inferential statistics without parameters will be used, focusing on the Spearman correlation test, in order to analyze the data.
