Factores Socio-culturales y la Práctica Preventiva de Anemia en Madres de Niños Menores de 5 Años, que acuden a un Puesto De Salud, Lima, 2024

Abstract

La anemia es una patología que afecta en gran manera a la población infantil, caracterizada por la insuficiente cantidad de glóbulos rojos que son necesarios para llevar el oxígeno a los tejidos y órganos del cuerpo. Padecer este problema de salud puede provocar falta de aire, debilidad y cansancio que repercute en la salud. Por ello en este estudio el Objetivo es: “Determinar la relación que existe entre los Factores Socio-culturales con la Práctica Preventiva De Anemia en Madres de Menores De 5 Año que acuden a un Puesto de Salud, Lima – 2024”. Material y métodos: Con un método hipotético – deductivo, aplicativo, cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal - correlacional, la muestra se realizará a 80 madres, para recoger la información se utilizará como método la encuesta. El instrumento será un cuestionario estructurado aplicado por Vásquez (2021) para la V1 y Niño (2021) para la V2. Validados a través por expertos en el tema, y con confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de 0.811 para la V1 y 0.900 para la V2. Confiabilidad por medio de KR-20 con un valor de 0,7 para la V1 y una prueba de alfa de Cronbach de 0.846 para la V2. Los resultados serán consignados en gráficos-tablas estadísticas. En primer lugar, se realizará la prueba de normalidad para conocer si los datos provienen de una normal distribución y, a continuación, la prueba inferencial de Rho Spearman para determinar el coeficiente de correlación estadística. Conclusiones: El estudio permitirá conocer el comportamiento de las variables, y se propondrán actividades y/o medidas institucionales para abordar los factores socioculturales y las prácticas preventivas de la anemia.

Therefore, in this study the Objective is: "To determine the relationship that exists between Socio-cultural Factors with the Preventive Practice of Anemia in Mothers of Children Under 5 Year of Age who attend a Health Post, Lima - 2024". Material and methods: With a hypothetical - deductive, applicative, quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional - correlational method, the sample will be made to 80 mothers, to collect the information, the survey will be used as a method. The instrument will be a structured questionnaire applied by Vásquez (2021) for V1 and Niño (2021) for V2. Validated by experts in the field, and with Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.811 for V1 and 0.900 for V2. Reliability by means of KR-20 with a value of 0.7 for V1 and a Cronbach's alpha test of 0.846 for V2. The results will be recorded in statistical graphs and tables. First, the normality test will be performed to determine if the data come from a normal distribution and then the Rho Spearman inferential test to determine the statistical correlation coefficient. Conclusions: The study will allow to know the behavior of the variables, and activities and/or institutional measures will be proposed to address the sociocultural factors and preventive practices of anemia.
