El Edublog y su influencia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de tercero y cuarto primaria de la sede B del instituto veintiséis de marzo- Barrancabermeja, 2014

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como principal objetivo, determinar la influencia del Edublog en el mejoramiento del aprendizaje de los estudiantes de tercero y cuarto primaria de la sede B del Instituto Veintiséis de Marzo de Barrancabermeja en el año 2014, teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones actitudinal, procedimental y cognitiva del proceso de aprendizaje. Se aplicó una prueba inicial para identificar dichas dimensiones y se crearon dos blogs educativos con la finalidad de servir como estrategias didácticas para la orientación de los estudiantes de tercero y cuarto primaria respectivamente. Los Edublogs tenían las funciones de informar, promover la participación y afianzar contenidos de acuerdo con las temáticas tratadas en clase y según las necesidades educativas de los estudiantes. Luego de la intervención mediante los blogs educativos, se aplicó nuevamente el instrumento inicial para identificar si se presentaron cambios en las dimensiones determinadas para la variable aprendizaje. La metodología utilizada para obtener el análisis de datos, consistió en un tipo de investigación aplicada, con un diseño pre-experimental. Para acceder a la información se hizo uso de la encuesta y como instrumento se realizó un cuestionario, el cual se aplicó a los cien estudiantes de los grados tercero y cuarto del nivel de enseñanza básica primaria de dicha institución educativa. El cuestionario constaba de 15 ítems que fueron aplicados bajo la escala de Likert y se realizaron en dos momentos, una Prueba de Entrada y una de Prueba de Salida, con el fin de identificar cambios en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Para la validez del cuestionario se realizó un Juicio de Expertos conformado por tres integrantes y para su confiabilidad se hizo uso del Alfa de Cronbach mediante el programa estadístico SPPS, dando resultados favorables para la aplicación del instrumento. Se consolidó la información en una data y se organizó en diagramas de barras mediante promedios. Con el fin de analizar y comprobar adecuadamente las hipótesis, se hizo uso de la prueba t para medidas de dos muestras. En la investigación se concluye en forma afirmativa que existe una gran influencia en el uso del Edublog en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de tercero y cuarto primaria teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones: actitudinal, procedimental y cognitiva y según los datos cuantitativos observados en la comprobación de las hipótesis. Se brindan recomendaciones para enriquecer la experiencia educativa mediante el uso del Edublog.

The main objective of this thesis is to determine the influence of Edublog in improving the learning of the third and fourth primary students of the “sede B” of the Instituto Veintiséis de Marzo de Barrancabermeja-2014, taking into account the attitudinal, procedural and cognitive dimensions of the learning process. An initial test was apply to identify the dimensions and created two educational blogs with the purpose of serving as didactic strategies for the orientation of the students of third and fourth primary respectively. The Edublogs had the functions of information, to promote participation and to consolidate contents according to the topics treated in the class and according to the educational needs of the students. After the intervention in the educational blogs, the initial instrument was apply again to determine if there are changes in the dimensions for the learning variable. The methodology used to obtain the data analysis consisted of a type of applied research, with a pre-experimental design. In order to access the information, the survey was use and a questionnaire was use as instrument, which was apply to the students of the third and fourth grades of the elementary level of primary education of said educational institution. The questionnaire consisted of 15 items that were apply under the Likert scale and were performer in two moments, an input test and an output test, in order to identify changes in student learning. For the validity of the questionnaire, three members made an Expert judgment and for its reliability; Cronbach's Alpha was use through the SPPS statistical program, giving favorable results for the use of the instrument. Information was consolidate in a database and organized into bar charts using averages. In order to properly analyze and test the hypotheses, we used the test for means of two samples. In the investigation, we conclude affirmatively that there is a great influence in the use of Edublog in the learning of the students of third and fourth primary taking into account the dimensions: attitudinal, procedural and cognitive, and according to the quantitative data observed in the verification. The hypothesis recommendations are provide to enrich the educational experience using the Edublog.
