Conocimiento y prácticas sobre bioseguridad en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de EsSalud, 2025

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo el determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento y las prácticas de bioseguridad en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de ESSALUD, 2025. En este sentido, se desarrollará bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, bajo un método hipotético deductivo y con un diseño observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, transversal prospectivo. Asimismo, se piensa trabajar con una población conformada por 40 licenciadas en enfermería del Hospital Carlos Alcántara, a quienes se les administrará como instrumentos un test de conocimiento y una lista de cotejo, con lo cual se espera trabajar con la prueba de correlación de Rho de Spearman. Se espera encontrar como resultado que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa, lo que permitirá validar la hipótesis formulada.

The purpose of this work is to determine the relationship between knowledge and biosafety practices in the nursing staff of the emergency service of an ESSALUD hospital, 2025. In this sense, it will be developed under a quantitative, applied approach, under a hypothetical deductive method and with an observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective cross-sectional design. Likewise, it is planned to work with a population made up of 40 nursing graduates from the Carlos Alcántara Hospital, who will be administered a knowledge test and a checklist as instruments, with which it is expected to work with the Spearman Rho correlation test. It is expected to find as a result that there is a statistically significant relationship, which will allow validating the formulated hypothesis.
