Nivel de conocimiento sobre lista de verificación de cirugía segura y aplicación del personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de un hospital público de Lima, 2025

Abstract

El presente estudio tendrá como objetivo determinar cuál es la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y aplicación de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura por el personal de enfermería del Centro Quirúrgico de un hospital de la región Lima, 2025. Se optará por la metodología cuantitativa, no experimental, aplicada, correlacional, transversal y se contará con la participación de 84 profesionales del sector de salud, que englobará a enfermeros, técnicos y auxiliares, que laboran en el servicio de Centro Quirúrgico; estos profesionales se circunscriben dentro de los criterios de selección señalados. Se aplicará las técnicas de encuesta y observación, asimismo, se les administrará 2 instrumentos que son un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo, que han pasado por el debido proceso de validación y confiabilidad y han obtenido un coeficiente óptimo que los hace tener un grado de fiabilidad para poder ser aplicados al presente estudio. Luego de recopilar la información, se procederá a identificar la relación entre las variables del estudio a través del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and application of the safe surgery checklist by nursing staff in the Surgical Center of a hospital in the Lima region, 2025. A quantitative, non-experimental, applied, correlational, cross-sectional methodology will be used, with the participation of 84 healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and assistants working in the Surgical Center. These professionals meet the selection criteria outlined above. Survey and observation techniques will be applied, and two instruments will be administered: a questionnaire and a checklist, which have undergone the due process of validation and reliability and have obtained an optimal coefficient that makes them reliable enough to be applied to this study. After collecting the information, the relationship between the study variables will be identified using Pearson's correlation coefficient.
