Capacidad aeróbica y calidad de vida en los agricultores que asisten al centro fisiomovimiento, Junín 2025

Abstract

Objetivo Determinar la relación entre capacidad aeróbica y la calidad de vida en los agricultores que asisten al centro Fisiomovimiento, Junín 2025. Materiales Y Métodos se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, la población estuvo compuesta por 100 agricultores de 30 a 60 años que asisten al Centro Fisiomovimiento para medir la capacidad aeróbica se usó Sit to Stand 1 minuto y calidad de vida SF-12. Resultados la mayoría de los agricultores tenían 43 años, peso 62,43kg, con predominio del género masculino 61,70%, en cuanto a su nivel de capacidad aeróbica y calidad de vida fue “regular”, así mismo se encontró correlación Rho Spearman de 0,526 nivel de intensidad positiva moderado para las variables en cuantos a su (componente respiratorio Rho Spearman fue 0,697, cardiovascular Rho = 0,324 y físico Rho = 0,377). Conclusión que si existe relación entre capacidad aeróbica y la calidad de vida en los agricultores.

Conclusion: There is a relationship between aerobic capacity and quality of life in farmers.
