Cumplimiento del protocolo para COVID-19 durante la dispensación de medicamentos a pacientes atendidos en boticas de la avenida Los Postes – San Juan de Lurigancho, febrero 2021

Abstract

A person has a high probability of contracting the virus if they inhale droplets released by an individual infected with COVID-19. It is therefore recommended to maintain a minimum interpersonal distance of one meter. The objective of this study was to determine the degree of compliance with the COVID-19 protocol during the dispensing of medications to patients served in pharmacies located on Avenida Los Postes in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. The research applied an inductive method with a quantitative approach. It was classified as basic research and corresponded to a non-experimental design. The results indicated that 67.7% of the personnel correctly performed the reading of the medications prescribed in the medical prescription; 8.2% complied with checking and verifying that the medications were in good condition; 10.4% complied with providing the patients with relevant information when dispensing the medications; 72.0% complied with the correct use of face masks; 98.9% complied with delimiting the dispensing area; and 96.4% complied with providing sanitary hygiene information. In conclusion, it was determined that the degree of compliance with the COVID-19 protocol during the dispensing of medications to patients in pharmacies on Avenida Los Postes in San Juan de Lurigancho was significant, as 60.2% of the personnel adhered to the protocol.

Una persona tiene un alto porcentaje de contraer el virus si inhala las gotículas liberadas por un individuo infectado por el COVID-19. Se recomienda mantener un metro de distancia interpersonal. Objetivo: Determinar el grado de cumplimiento del protocolo para COVID-19 durante la dispensación de medicamentos a pacientes atendidos en boticas de la avenida los postes - San juan de Lurigancho. Material y métodos: El presente trabajo de investigación corresponde a un método de investigación inductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación es básica y corresponde a un diseño no experimental. Resultados: (67.7%) efectuó correctamente la lectura de medicamentos prescritos en la receta, (8,2%) cumplió en comprobar y verificar que los medicamentos se encuentran en buenas condiciones, (10,4%) cumplió en entregar los medicamentos con información que conveniente, (72,0%) cumplió con el uso de mascarillas de forma correcta, (98.9%) cumplió con delimitar el área de dispensación, (96.4%) cumplió con brindar información higiene sanitario Conclusión: Se determinó que el grado de cumplimiento del protocolo para COVID-19 durante la dispensación de medicamentos a pacientes atendidos en boticas de la avenida los postes - San juan de Lurigancho fue significante porque el (60.2%) si cumplió con el protocolo para COVID 19.
