Manejo de indicios y su incidencia en la contaminación de la escena del crimen en el distrito fiscal de Huaura 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación está enmarcado en una investigación básica, ya que únicamente se centra en el por qué y para qué de un fenómeno; con un enfoque cuantitativo; mientras que se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo. El objetivo principal es: Determinar la incidencia del manejo de indicios en la contaminación de la escena del crimen en el distrito Fiscal de Huaura 2020. Habiendo realizado encuestas a especialistas para tal finalidad. Asimismo, la presente investigación pretende ser tomada como referencia para los policías especializados, pesquisas y peritos, en cuanto al manejo de los indicios que debe realizarse dentro de la escena del crimen, de manera específica en el distrito fiscal de Huaura en el año 2020. Finalmente, tal como ya se ha podido mencionar, en esta investigación se ha encuestado a 56 policías especializados, pesquisas y peritos, quienes han respondido, en relación a su experiencia, todo sobre el manejo de los indicios dentro de la escena del crimen.

The present research work is framed in a basic investigation, since it only focuses on the why and why of a phenomenon; with a quantitative approach; while the hypothetical deductive method was used. The main objective is: to Determine the incidence of the handling of evidence in the contamination of the crime scene in the Fiscal district of Huaura 2020. Having carried out surveys to specialists for this purpose. Likewise, this investigation intends to be taken as a reference for specialized police officers, investigations and experts, regarding the handling of the evidence that must be carried out within the crime scene, specifically in the fiscal district of Huaura in the year 2020. Finally, as has already been mentioned, in this investigation 56 specialized police officers, investigations and experts have been surveyed, who have responded, in relation to their experience, all about the handling of evidence within the crime scene.
