Procesamiento de la escena del crimen y las inspecciones del tráfico ilícito de drogas en Kimbiri–Cusco 2019-2020

Abstract

El tráfico ilícito de drogas, es un flagelo para las sociedades del mundo. El Perú, Colombia y Bolivia, son los únicos países, con geografía y clima propicios para el cultivo de la planta de coca, donde se elaboran clandestinamente PBC y CC, que, es traficada ilícitamente a todos los países. En el Perú, las zonas cocaleras donde se elabora clandestinamente PBC y CC, están ubicadas en la selva alta, entre ellas, se encuentra el VRAEM, donde la PNP, cuenta con unidades especializadas, para prevenir y combatir el narcotráfico, pero a pesar de ello, rebasan la capacidad operativa de la PNP, aprovechando la agreste selva y el accionar violento del narcoterrorismo, para eludir el control policial; ante esta situación, la PNP, permanentemente realizan, operaciones policiales a laboratorios rústicos clandestinos, sin incluir, en la mayoría de los casos a un perito forense, perdiéndose indicios y evidencias, que permitirían identificar a presuntos autores de TID. La presente tesis, tiene por objetivo, establecer la relación que existe entre las variables en estudio. La investigación tuvo un diseño no experimental de corte trasversal, alcance correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo y una población de 49 peritos forenses de la Oficina de Criminalística, Kimbiri-Cusco. El resultado y la conclusión de la investigación, coinciden, en determinar, que, existe correlación significativa positiva débil, entre las variables en estudio, con un grado de ,385 de Rho de Spearman, por el deficiente procesamiento de la escena del delito de TID.

Illicit drug trafficking is a scourge for societies around the world. The objective of this thesis is to establish the relationship that exists between the variables under study. The research had a non-experimental cross-sectional design, correlational scope, quantitative approach and a population of 49 forensic experts from the Criminalistics Office, Kimbiri-Cusco. The result and conclusion of the research coincide in determining that there is a weak positive significant correlation between the variables under study, with a Spearman Rho degree of .385, due to the deficient processing of the DID crime scene.
