Calidad de atención de enfermería y satisfacción de las madres que acuden al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo del centro de salud Lucanas, 2025

Abstract

Introducción: La calidad de la atención de enfermería se entiende como un criterio objetivo y la satisfacción como la percepción subjetiva de las personas y están estrechamente vinculadas y constituyen ejes centrales para valorar la eficacia de la atención brindada. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción de madres que acuden al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo. Método: Esta investigación se aplicará el método hipotético-deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de carácter aplicado, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional. Se considerará a las 91 madres cuyos hijos asisten al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo, sin requerir selección de muestra debido a que la población es finita. Se aplicará una encuesta para evaluar ambas variables. Resultados: los datos obtenidos se registrarán en Excel para su ordenamiento y sistematización y se realizará un análisis correlacional mediante el coeficiente de correlación de rangos de Spearman con SPSS versión 27; se aplicará la prueba de Chi cuadrado para contrastar las hipótesis planteadas y los hallazgos se presentarán en tablas y gráficos estadísticos junto a su análisis interpretativo.

Introduction: The quality of nursing care is understood as an objective criterion, and satisfaction is understood as the subjective perception of individuals; these are closely linked and constitute central axes for assessing the effectiveness of the care provided. Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and satisfaction of mothers attending the growth and development clinic. Method: This research will apply the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied nature, non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational design. The 91 mothers whose children attend the growth and development clinic will be considered, without requiring sample selection because the population is finite. A survey will be applied to evaluate both variables. Results: The data obtained will be recorded in Excel for ordering and systematization, and a correlational analysis will be performed using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient with SPSS version 27; the Chi-square test will be applied to contrast the hypotheses raised, and the findings will be presented in tables and statistical graphs along with their interpretive analysis.
