Estrategias didácticas virtuales y desarrollo de competencias profesionales en estudiantes de maestría en docencia universitaria, Universidad Privada de Lima, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende ser un aporte a la comunidad educativa y es por ello que se planteó como objetivo principal: Determinar la relación entre las estrategias didácticas virtuales y el desarrollo de competencias profesionales en estudiantes de la Maestría en Docencia Universitaria, Universidad Privada de Lima, 2021”. En el aspecto metodológico es hipotético-deductivo, se utiliza un enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño es no experimental, el tipo es transeccional y su nivel es el correlacional. La muestra es de 111 estudiantes de los cuatro ciclos académicos de la Maestría en Docencia Universitaria de una universidad privada de Lima- Perú, 2021. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, a través de la aplicación de dos instrumentos (cuestionarios) estandarizados bajo criterios de la escala Likert para medir el nivel de las Estrategias Didácticas Virtuales y el Desarrollo de Competencias Profesionales, respectivamente. Los resultados muestran que el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman es igual a 0.851; por ello, de acuerdo a la tabla de interpretación del coeficiente Rho sí existe relación positiva considerable entre las dos variables estudiadas. Así mismo, se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa (H1), pues el nivel de significancia es 0.000 y es menor a 0.05; lo que significa que sí existe relación significativa entre ambas variables.

This research work aims to be a contribution to the educational community and that is why the main objective was set: To determine the relationship between virtual didactic strategies and the development of professional skills in students of the Master's Degree in University Teaching, Private University of Lima, 2021”. In the methodological aspect it is hypothetical-deductive, a quantitative approach is used, the design is non-experimental, the type is transectional and its level is correlational. The sample is of 111 students from the four academic cycles of the Master's Degree in University Teaching at a private university in Lima-Peru, 2021. The technique used for data collection was the survey, through the application of two instruments (questionnaires) standardized under the Likert scale criteria to measure the level of Virtual Teaching Strategies and the Development of Professional Competences, respectively. The results show that Spearman's correlation coefficient is equal to 0.851; Therefore, according to the interpretation table of the Rho coefficient, there is a considerable positive relationship between the two variables studied. Likewise, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, since the level of significance is 0.000 and is less than 0.05; which means that there is a significant relationship between both variables.
