Abstract

El estudio elaborado cuenta como principal propósito “determinar cómo los factores asociados se relacionan con la adherencia al tratamiento antibiótico para infecciones respiratorias. Botica Unión Pharma”. Los Olivos. Para eso, se enfocó en un estudio cuantitativo con nivel correlacional, asimismo diseñado a la no experimentación y corte transversal, por su parte se escogió por medio de un muestreo no probabilístico a 95 encuestados que formaron parte de la muestra, para que respondan al cuestionario de factores asociados con la confiabilidad del 0,897 y adherencia al tratamiento cuya confiabilidad fue 0,870. Los resultados fueron que el 61,1% presentan factores asociados a un nivel regular y el 3,2% mostró nivel bajo, por otro lado, el 54,7% cuenta con adherencia al tratamiento regular y el 1,1% fue bajo, esto reflejó una Sig. < 0,005 y r = 0.535. Se concluyó que las variables conservan una relación significativa, positiva y moderada, por lo cual, a mejores factores asociados en los pacientes, mayor será la adherencia al tratamiento, ya que todo conduce a un comportamiento concientizado en que el paciente cumple con su medicación evitando que el cuerpo se vuelva inmune a los diferentes antibióticos. Debido a que los niveles fueron regulares, lo que significa que existe otro porcentaje que no cumple con el tratamiento por diversos factores, entonces se recomienda implementar estrategias de educación sanitaria comunitaria orientadas a sensibilizar a la población sobre lo esencial de completar los tratamientos antibióticos, considerando las barreras culturales, el nivel educativo y las condiciones económicas de los pacientes.

The primary aim of the research was to identify the ways in which various factors are connected to compliance with antibiotic therapy for respiratory illnesses. Union Pharma Pharmacy. Los Olivos. For this, it was focused on a quantitative study with correlational scope, also designed to non-experimental and cross-sectional, for its part was chosen through a non-probabilistic sampling to 95 respondents who were part of the sample, to respond to the questionnaire of factors associated with the reliability of 0.897 and adherence to treatment whose reliability was 0.870. The results were that 61.1% present factors associated with a regular level and 3.2% presented low level, on the other hand, 54.7% have regular treatment adherence and 1.1% was low, this reflected a Sig. < 0.005 and r = 0.535. It was concluded that the variables retain a significant, positive and moderate relationship, therefore, the better the associated factors in the patients, the greater the adherence to treatment, since everything leads to a conscious behavior in which the patient complies with his medication, preventing the body from becoming immune to the different antibiotics. Since the levels were regular, which means that there is another percentage that does not comply with the treatment due to various factors, it is advisable to put into practice community health education initiatives focused on raising awareness among individuals about the significance of finishing antibiotic prescriptions, taking into account cultural obstacles, education levels, and the financial situations of the patients.
