Percepción del cuidado humanizado y satisfacción del paciente hospitalizado en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un hospital del Ministerio de Salud de Lima, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre la percepción del cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción del paciente hospitalizado en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital del Ministerio de Salud de Lima en el 2025”. Metodología: Se aplicará como método el enfoque cuantitativo e hipotético-deductivo, observacional, transeccional y relacional. En cuanto a los que participarán, estos serán 80 personas hospitalizadas de una unidad de cuidados intensivos de un nosocomio del Ministerio de Salud de Lima, Perú. Se empleará como instrumentos al cuestionario de percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería (PCHE) así como otro cuestionario para la satisfacción del usuario. Los instrumentos han sido anteriormente validados y servirán para medir ambas variables propuestas en el presente estudio; los resultados serán evidenciados en tablas y gráficos. Luego, se establecerá el nivel de relación de variables por medio del coeficiente Spearman para responder la hipótesis que se ha planteado.

Objective: “To determine the relationship between the perception of humanized care and the satisfaction of patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of a hospital of the Ministry of Health of Lima in 2025”. Methodology: The quantitative and hypothetic-deductive approach will be applied as a method, observational, cross-sectional and relational. In case of the population, 80 patients hospitalized from the intensive care unit of a hospital of the Ministry of Health, will participate. The instruments will be two questionnaires, namely: the first one will measure the perception of humanized nursing care (PCHE) and the other one will measure the patient satisfaction. The instruments have been previously validated and will be used to measure both variables proposed in the present study; the results will be tabulated by means of tables and graphs. Then, the level of relationship betwixt the variables will be evaluated by Spearman's coefficient, which will provide a respond to the hypothesis proposed
