La motivación docente y su influencia en la formación integral de los estudiantes de farmacia de un Instituto Superior de Lima, 2022

Abstract

La presente tesis, tuvo por objetivo determinar la influencia de la motivación docente en la formación integral de los estudiantes de farmacia de un Instituto Superior de Lima, 2022. Metodología, cuantitativo, hipotético - deductivo, tipo aplicada, no experimental, correlacional causal y transversal, con una población de 285, la muestra calculada fue 164 estudiantes de farmacia de un Instituto Superior de Lima. El instrumento fue un cuestionario de 40 preguntas donde su confiabilidad se estableció con “Alfa de Cronbach” y el valor observado fue de 0,979. Para procesar datos, se empleó el “SPSS v-25” y con esta herramienta se realizó el análisis de las dimensiones de las variables motivación docente y formación integral de los estudiantes, luego se calculó las pruebas de regresión lineal para estudios correlacionales causales y con los valores observados de la correlación lineal de Pearson se contrastó las hipótesis. Los resultados del estudio revelan en cuanto a la Influencia de la motivación docente en la formación integral, del 100% de evaluados un 9,1% es “Malo”, un 17,1% es “Regular”, un 15,9% es “Bueno” y un 10,4% es “Muy Bueno”. El estudio llegó a la conclusión que existe influencia de la motivación docente en la formación integral de los estudiantes de farmacia de un Instituto Superior de Lima; y esta influencia es positiva moderada y directa. (r=0,626 p=0,000).

The objective of this thesis was to determine the influence of teaching motivation in the comprehensive training of pharmacy students at a Higher Institute of Lima, 2022. Methodology, quantitative, hypothetical - deductive, applied type, non-experimental, causal and transversal correlational, with a population of 285, the calculated sample was 164 pharmacy students from a Higher Institute in Lima. The instrument was a questionnaire of 40 questions where its reliability was established with "Cronbach's Alpha" and the observed value was 0.979. To process data, SPSS v-25 was used and with this tool the analysis of the dimensions of the variables teacher motivation and comprehensive training of students was carried out, then linear regression tests were calculated for causal correlational studies and with the values observed from Pearson's linear correlation, the hypotheses were contrasted. The results of the study reveal regarding the Influence of teacher motivation in comprehensive training, of 100% of those evaluated, 9.1% are "Bad", 17.1% are "Fair", 15.9% are "Good" and 10.4% is "Very Good". The study concluded that there is an influence of teacher motivation in the comprehensive training of pharmacy students at a Higher Institute in Lima; and this influence is moderate and direct positive.
