El uso de drones en la inspección de la escena del crimen de competencia de la derección de criminalística, Lima-2021

Abstract

Ante el incremento vertiginoso de la delincuencia y la impunidad, por falta de pruebas, con la presente investigación, se propone a la DIRCRI PNP, la implementación del uso de drones para mejorar la inspección del lugar de los hechos, en la búsqueda de indicios y evidencias, el acceso a escenas, ubicadas en lugares peligrosos, la perennización de la escena con fotografías y filmaciones, y posterior reproducción en video 3D, lo que, en la audiencia de juicio oral, le dará mejor claridad al Juez, Fiscal y a las partes procesales de observar cómo se encontró el lugar del delito, coadyuvando para que el Juez, cuente con las pruebas necesarias y administre justicia con eficiencia; la investigación tuvo como objetivo, “determinar la relación entre el uso de drones y la inspección de la escena del crimen de competencia de la DIRCRI PNP”, de enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo y tipo aplicada. La población, estuvo integrada por 120 peritos forenses, de los cuales, 91 representaron la muestra. Los resultados y conclusiones, coincidieron en confirmar, la existencia de una correlación positiva muy alta y significativa entre las variables de 93,4% de Rho de Spearman, el estudio tuvo resultado favorable para su viabilidad.

Given the vertiginous increase in crime and impunity, due to lack of evidence, with this investigation, it is proposed to the DIRCRI PNP, the implementation of the use of drones to improve the inspection of the scene, in the search for clues and evidence, access to scenes, located in dangerous places, the perpetuation of the scene with photographs and filming, and subsequent 3D video playback, which, in the oral trial hearing, will give better clarity to the Judge, Prosecutor and the parties. procedures to observe how the crime scene was found, contributing so that the Judge has the necessary evidence and administers justice efficiently; The objective of the research was to "determine the relationship between the use of drones and the inspection of the crime scene under the jurisdiction of the DIRCRI PNP", with a quantitative approach, deductive method and applied type. The population was made up of 120 forensic experts, of which 91 represented the sample. The results and conclusions agreed to confirm the existence of a very high and significant positive correlation between the variables of 93.4% of Spearman's Rho, the study had a favorable result for its viability.
