Epicrisis en la investigación fiscal de los delitos de lesiones culposas en distrito fiscal de Lima Sur, 2020-2021

Abstract

La investigación criminal es el acto que realiza el representante del Ministerio Público, para ello, se requiere la presencia de profesionales de otras ramas, como la medicina, la psicología, la antropología, etc. Los profesionales de estas ramas actualmente son insuficientes en las instituciones, por lo cual se busca optimizar los recursos humanos y logísticos con los que se cuenta. Es así que el objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar si la epicrisis infería en la investigación fiscal de los delitos de lesiones culposas en el distrito fiscal de Lima Sur, 2020-2021. La metodología empleada tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, de diseño fenomenológico, empleando la técnica de recolección de datos a través de la entrevista a profundidad a expertos en el tema y su instrumento, la entrevista. El resultado fue que la epicrisis infiere en las investigaciones fiscales para el esclarecimiento de los hechos ocurridos por el delito de lesiones culposas. Se concluyó con relación al objetivo general que la epicrisis si infiere en la investigación fiscal en los delitos de lesiones culposas en el distrito fiscal de Lima Sur en los años 2020-2021. En esta epicrisis se encontró datos resumidos sobre la estancia de un paciente en un establecimiento de salud, además de datos sobre exámenes auxiliares y procedimientos realizados, ayudando a un mejor entendimiento del total de la información médica remitida.

The criminal investigation is the act carried out by the representative of the Public Ministry, for which the presence of professionals from other branches is required, such as medicine, psychology, anthropology, etc. The professionals of these branches are currently insufficient in the institutions, for which the aim is to optimize the human and logistical resources that are available, so the objective of this investigation was to determine if the epicrisis interfered in the tax investigation of crimes of culpable injuries in the fiscal district of South Lima, 2020-2021. The methodology used was with a qualitative approach, of phenomenological design, using the data collection technique through in-depth interviews with experts on the subject and their instrument, which is the interview. The result obtained was that the epicrisis infers in the fiscal investigations for the clarification of the events that occurred for the crime of culpable injuries. It was concluded in relation to the general objective that the epicrisis does infer in the fiscal investigation in the crimes of culpable injuries in the fiscal district of Lima Sur in the years 2020-2021. In this epicrisis, summarized data was found on a patient's stay in a health facility, as well as data on auxiliary tests and procedures performed, helping to better understand the total medical information sent.
