Síndrome de Burnout y comportamiento organizacional en tecnólogos médicos del área de laboratorio en un hospital de El Agustino, Lima, 2023

Abstract

El objetivo fundamental de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre síndrome de burnout y comportamiento organizacional en tecnólogos médicos del área de laboratorio en un hospital del Agustino, Lima, 2023, donde se consideró aplicar la metodología de método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de tipo aplicada descriptiva correlacional de corte transversal, en donde se trabajó la técnica tipo encuesta e instrumentos tipo cuestionarios en una muestra censal de 98 profesionales tecnólogos médicos que laboran en las áreas de; banco de sangre, microbiología, parasitología, inmunología, bioquímica, emergencia, toma de MX, hematología, anatomía patológica, PAU, y área de COVID, previa validación de los instrumentos a través del juicio de cinco expertos y mediante la aplicación de una prueba de confiabilidad estadística aplicada a 25 participantes del estudio, el cual arrojó un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,885 y 0,865 respectivamente para medir la fiabilidad de los instrumentos que analizan las variables con la intención de ser aplicados en un hospital de Lima; por el cual, los resultados mostraron un análisis descriptivo, inferencial y contrastación de hipótesis en donde se decidió aplicar el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman y se halló que, las variables síndrome de burnout y comportamiento organizacional se relacionan de forma negativa y significativa (Rho = 0,-855) aplicado en tecnólogos médicos que laboran en el área de laboratorio en un hospital del Agustino.

The fundamental objective of the research was to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and organizational behavior in medical technologists in the laboratory area at a hospital in Agostino, Lima, 2023, where it was considered to apply the hypothetical deductive method methodology, quantitative approach, non-specific design. experimental and crosssectional correlational descriptive applied type, where the survey-type technique and questionnaire-type instruments were worked on in a census sample of 98 medical technologists who work in the areas of; blood bank, microbiology, parasitology, immunology, biochemistry, emergency, taking MX, hematology, pathology, PAU, and COVID area, prior validation of the instruments through the judgment of five experts and through the application of a test of statistical reliability applied to 25 study participants, which yielded a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.885 and 0.865 respectively to measure the reliability of the instruments that analyze the variables with the intention of being applied in a hospital in Lima; for which, the results showed a descriptive, inferential analysis and hypothesis testing where it was decided to apply Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient and it was found that the variables burnout syndrome and organizational behavior are negatively and significantly related (Rho = 0,-855) applied to medical technologists who work in the laboratory area of a hospital in Agustino.
