Resumen
Objetivo: “Identificar la relación que existe entre la gestión del recurso humano y la calidad de atención de las enfermeras”. Población: Será de 90 enfermeras que trabajan en el servicio de Traumatología y Ortopedia de un Hospital, Lima. Dado 1ue la población es finita no se contará con muestra, Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético-deductivo, diseño observacional, descriptivo, trasversal y correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable: “Gestión del recurso humano”, se aplicará el cuestionario, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0,990 y para evaluar la variable: “Calidad de atención”, se aplicará el cuestionario, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0,908. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman para comprobar las hipótesis planteadas en la investigación.
Resumen
Objective: “Identify the relationship that exists between human resource management and the quality of nursing care.” Population: There will be 90 nurses who work in the Traumatology and Orthopedics service of the Hospital, Lima. Given that the population is finite, there will be no sample. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The method will be hypothetical-deductive, observational, descriptive, transversal and correlational design. Instruments: To evaluate the variable: “Human resource management”, the questionnaire will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.990 and to evaluate the variable: “Quality of care”, the questionnaire will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.908 . The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and the inferential statistics through the application of the Spearman Rho test to verify the hypotheses raised in the research.
