Ansiedad y estrés en médicos que trabajan en el servicio de emergencia y el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios en el Hospital III Suarez Angamos de EsSalud Lima 2024

Abstract

Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre los niveles de ansiedad y estrés en médicos que trabajan en el servicio de emergencia y el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios en el hospital III Suarez Angamos de Essalud Lima 2024. Metodología: Método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación básico, diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 110 médicos y 110 usuarios, los instrumentos aplicados fueron la Escala DASS- 21 y el cuestionario SERVQUAL modificado validado por juicio de expertos. El análisis estadístico fue mediante el chi cuadrado considerando un IC del 95%. Resultados: El 92.7% de médicos no presentaron estrés y el 63.9% no presentó ansiedad y el 20.9% ansiedad leve. El 25.5% de los usuarios manifestaron insatisfacción, el 70.9% niveles neutrales y el 4.0% se encontraban satisfechos. En la relación de estrés y satisfacción, se obtuvo un Chi2 de 1.600 y un p valor de 0.357, por otro lado, en la ansiedad y satisfacción, el Chi2 fue de 15.616 y un p valor de 0.048, siendo significativo. Conclusiones: Los niveles de ansiedad en médicos que trabajan en el servicio de emergencia, influyen en el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios.

General objective: To determine the relationship between anxiety and stress levels in physicians working in the emergency service and the level of user satisfaction at the III Suarez Angamos hospital of Essalud Lima 2024. Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic research type, non-experimental design and cross sectional. The sample consisted of 110 physicians and 110 users, the instruments applied were the DASS-21 and modified SERVQUAL questionnaire validated by expert judgment. The statistical analysis was using the chi square considering a CI of 95%. Results: 92.7% of physicians did not present stress and 63.9% did not present anxiety and 20.9% mild anxiety. 25.5% of users expressed dissatisfaction, 70.9% neutral levels and 4.0% were satisfied. In the relationship between stress and satisfaction, a Chi2 of 1.600 and a p value of 0.357 were obtained, on the other hand, in anxiety and satisfaction, the Chi2 was 15.616 and a p value of 0.048, being significant. Conclusions: Anxiety levels in physicians working in the emergency department influence the level of user satisfaction.
