Los mecanismos para la institucionalidad y su relación con la corrupción en la Municipalidad de San Miguel, 2018

Abstract

En la presente investigación titulada “Los mecanismos para la institucionalidad y su relación con la corrupción en la Municipalidad de San Miguel, 2018” donde se tuvo como objetivo general determinar la manera en que los mecanismos para la institucionalidad influyen en la corrupción de la Municipalidad de San Miguel, durante el año 2018. Se aplicó una metodología de tipo correlacional y en base a un cuestionario de preguntas aplicada a 92 trabajadores de la Municipalidad de San Miguel, se llegaron a las siguientes conclusiones. Se puede determinar que los mecanismos para la institucionalidad influyen en la corrupción de la Municipalidad de San Miguel, durante el año 2018 que mediante la Rho de Spearman se obtuvo un valor de significancia de 0,000 y se acepta la hipótesis general, en dicho caso existe una Relación significativa entre los mecanismos para la institucionalidad y corrupción, cabe resaltar que se obtuvo en la prueba un coeficiente de correlación de - 0,732.

In the present investigation entitled "The mechanisms for institutionality and its relationship with corruption in the Municipality of San Miguel, 2018" where the general objective was to determine the way in which the mechanisms for institutionality influence the corruption of the Municipality of San Miguel, during the year 2018. A methodology of correlation type was applied and based on a questionnaire of questions applied to 92 workers of the Municipality of San Miguel, the following conclusions were reached. It can be determined that the mechanisms for institutionality influence the corruption of the Municipality of San Miguel, during the year 2018 that through Spearman's Rho a value of significance of 0.000 was obtained and the general hypothesis is accepted, in this case there is a significant influence between the mechanisms for institutionality and corruption, it should be noted that a correlation coefficient of -0.732 was obtained in the test.
