Influencia del taller de trabajo en equipo en el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en estudiantes de una universidad peruana, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo el propósito determinar la influencia del taller de trabajo en equipo en el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en estudiantes del II ciclo de una universidad privada Lima2021, logrando crear y reforzar estas habilidades blandas que permitan al estudiante desenvolverse tanto personal como profesional, su marco metodológico presento un diseño experimental de tipo preexperimental, aplicada con el propósito de resolver, por medio del método hipotético deductivo que logró refutar las hipótesis, se permitió medir la variable dependiente antes y después del taller mediante el enfoque cuantitativo, donde se puedo establecer las causas por el nivel explicativo. La muestra fue intencional porque participaron todos los 30 estudiantes de medicina. Conforme a la validación de cinco jueces expertos, se logró la validez perfecta, Para alcanzar la confiabilidad del instrumento se realizó la prueba piloto en 10 estudiantes, se aplicó la prueba estadística de alfa de Cronbach para el instrumento: llamado Escala de Habilidades Blandas que contiene 7 habilidades blandas. Mediante la prueba de Wilcoxon se dio a conocer cual hipótesis se iba a rechazar y cual nos permitió aceptar. Con los datos obtenidos se concluyó que después del taller de trabajo en equipo el 83.4% de los participantes de la carrera de medicina, alcanzaron desarrollar habilidades blandas.

The present study had the purpose of estimating the influence of the workshop teamwork in the development of soft skills in students of the II cycle of a private university Lima-2021, managing to create and reinforce these soft skills that allow the student to develop both personally and professionally, its methodological framework presented an experimental design of preexperimental type, applied with the purpose of solving, using the hypothetical deductive method that managed to refute the hypotheses, the dependent variable was measured before and after the workshop through the quantitative approach, where the causes could be established by the explanatory level. The sample was intentional because all 30 medical students participated. According to the validation of five expert judges, perfect validity was achieved. To achieve the reliability of the instrument, a pilot test was conducted on 10 students, and Cronbach's alpha statistical test was applied to the instrument called Soft Skills Scale, which contains 7 skills. Using the Wilcoxon test it was made known which hypothesis was going to be rejected and which one allowed us to accept. The data obtained concluded that after the de teamwork workshop, 83.4% of the medical career participants managed to develop soft skills.
