Calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción de madres en el servicio pediatria del Hospital General Jaén – Cajamarca, 2025

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación tendrá como objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción de madres en el servicio pediatría del hospital general jaén – Cajamarca 2025. La población estará conformada por 100 madres (100%) de niños atendidos en la hospitalización pediatría. Metodología: Investigación aplicada, método hipotético – deductivo, con diseño no experimental, corte transversal, nivel correlacional. Se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y el instrumento será un “cuestionario sobre el Cuidado”. Utilizando el coeficiente de K-R 20 DE Kuder Richardson y el otro instrumento es la “escala de evaluación del nivel de satisfacción materna”. La confiabilidad se efectuó mediante el Alfa de Cronbach, para ver la fiabilidad del instrumento. El procedimiento y análisis de datos obtenidos se utilizará el software Microsoft Excel para presentar la estadística del estudio y el programa SSPS Statistic en su última versión.

The research project will have the general objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers in the pediatric service of the Jaén - Cajamarca 2025 General Hospital. The population will be made up of 100 mothers (100%) of children treated in the pediatric hospitalization. Methodology: Applied research, hypothetical-deductive method, with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional, correlational level. The survey technique will be used and the instrument will be a "Care Questionnaire". Using the K-R 20 DE Kuder Richardson coefficient and the other instrument is the "Maternal Satisfaction Level Evaluation Scale". Reliability was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha to see the reliability of the instrument. The procedure and analysis of data obtained will be using Microsoft Excel software to present the study statistics and the SSPS Statistic program in its latest version.
