Valores interpersonales y la inteligencia emocional en estudiantes de terapia física y rehabilitación de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2018

Abstract

Los valores interpersonales pueden originar un medio valioso para determinar los futuros comportamientos de los seres humanos y la forma en que las llevarán a cabo, lo cual es de suma importancia para las relaciones interpersonales entre los individuos, ya que le facilita expresar sus aptitudes, virtudes e ideologías culturales distintas frente a los demás. Tal tipo de valores presenta una gran relevancia en el ajuste personal, social, familiar y profesional de la persona. Asimismo, la inteligencia emocional es la capacidad que tiene el ser humano para percibir, comprender y adaptar sus estados emocionales en uno mismo y en los demás. Ello, favorecerá en gran medida alcanzar buenas relaciones sociales incorporando la habilidad de compartir y entender lo que siente la otra persona. El objetivo general es determinar el nivel de relación entre los valores interpersonales y la inteligencia emocional en los-estudiantes de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Tecnología Médica en terapia física y rehabilitación de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2018. El tipo de investigación es hipotético deductivo, el diseño no experimental, la metodología es básica sustantiva y correlacional; la población de estudio es censal y estuvo constituida por por 60 universitarios, entre varones y mujeres. Con respecto a las técnicas, se utilizó como instrumentos el cuestionario del SIV y el inventario de BarOn ICE. Para el análisis estadístico, se utilizó el software SPSS versión 22 y la correlación de Rho de Spearman. Se concluye que: No existe relación directa entre los valores interpersonales y la inteligencia emocional en los estudiantes universitarios.

Interpersonal values can provide a valuable means of determining the future behaviors of human beings and the way in which they will carry them out, which is of utmost importance for interpersonal relationships between individuals, since it makes it easier for them to express their different skills, virtues and cultural ideologies compared to others. Such types of values have great relevance in the personal, social, family and professional adjustment of the person. Likewise, intelligence-emotional- is the ability that human beings have to perceive, understand and adapt their emotional states in oneself and in others. This will greatly promote good social relationships incorporating the ability to share and understand what the other person is feeling. The general objective is to determine the level of relationship between interpersonal values and emotional intelligence in the students of the eighth cycle of the professional career of medical technology physical therapy rehabilitation of the University Norbert Wiener, 2018. The type of investigation is hypothetical deductive, the design not experimental, the methodology is basic, substantive and correlational; the study population is census and consisted of 60 university students, between men and women. Regarding the techniques, the SIV questionnaire and the BarOn ICE inventory were used as instruments. For statistical analysis, SPSS version 22 software and Spearman's Rho correlation were used. It is concluded that: There is no direct relationship between interpersonal values and emotional intelligence in university students.
