Identificación del perfil psicológico del delincuente en la investigación criminal del delito de feminicidio en Lima - 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo explorar el perfil psicológico del delincuente en la investigación criminal del delito de feminicidio en Lima, 2022. La metodología empleada consistió en una investigación cualitativa, diseño fenomenológico, aplicando el método inductivo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 6 fiscales y 6 abogados especialistas en materia penal y como instrumento aplicado fue la guía de entrevista. Se obtuvo como resultados que es pertinente dar respuestas del cómo y el por qué se cometió, cómo pasó, qué fue el detonante del hecho, ya que permitirá dar con un perfil aproximado del agresor y avanzar con las investigaciones. Se concluye que, la identificación del perfil psicológico del delincuente coopera en la investigación criminal del delito de feminicidio permitiendo dar con un perfil aproximado del agresor, cuanto más cercano sea la obtención del perfil, ello permitirá que la investigación criminal se desarrolle con mayor celeridad.

The objective of this research was to explore the psychological profile of the offender in the criminal investigation of the crime of femicide in Lima, 2022. The methodology used consisted of qualitative research, phenomenological design, applying the inductive method. The sample consisted of 6 prosecutors and 6 lawyers specializing in criminal matters and the interview guide was the instrument applied. It was obtained as results that it is pertinent to give answers on how and why it was committed, how it happened, what was the trigger for the act, since it will allow to find an approximate profile of the aggressor and advance with the investigations. It is concluded that the identification of the psychological profile of the offender cooperates in the criminal investigation of the crime of femicide, allowing an approximate profile of the aggressor to be found, the closer the profile is obtained, this will allow the criminal investigation to develop more quickly.
