Resumen
La investigación tiene como propósito destacar la importancia que los contrayentes puedan elegir, en la ceremonia de matrimonio, el régimen de separación de patrimonios, acompañando un acuerdo prenupcial. La investigación básica, de enfoque cualitativo, descriptiva. Finalmente, escoger el régimen de separación de patrimonios, acompañando un acuerdo prenupcial, en la ceremonia de matrimonio, está en la línea jurídica de la simplificación administrativa y, asimismo, en la reducción de los costos de transacción de ese negocio jurídico familiar.
Resumen
The purpose of the investigation is to highlight the importance that the spouses can choose, in the marriage ceremony, the regime of separation of assets, accompanying a prenuptial agreement. Basic research, with a qualitative, descriptive approach. Finally, choosing the regime of separation of assets, accompanying a prenuptial agreement, in the marriage ceremony, is in the legal line of administrative simplification and, likewise, in reducing the transaction costs of this family legal business.
