Conocimiento del proceso de esterilización y práctica del personal de enfermería de la Central de Esterilización de un hospital público de Pucallpa, 2025

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio será “determinar la manera cómo se relaciona el conocimiento del proceso de esterilización con la práctica del personal de enfermería de la Central de Esterilización de un hospital público de Pucallpa – Perú en el año 2025”. La metodología que se eligió para este estudio fue la cuantitativa, observacional, transaccional y relacional; se precisa que han participado 205 personas entre enfermeras y personal técnico; les fue administrado un cuestionario y la investigadora aplicó la guía de observación mientras realizaban el proceso. Posteriormente, se obtuvo datos los cuales van a ser procesado y se empleará el método estadístico SPSS versión 27; finalmente, los resultados finales serán expresados en tablas y gráficos. Asimismo, con el fin de señalar la relación entre variables se procederá a aplicar prueba de Pearson a través de la cual se podrá confirmar o denegar la hipótesis del estudio. El estudio finiquitará con la discusión, conclusión y recomendación final.

The objective of this study is “to determine how the knowledge of the sterilization process is related to the practice of the nursing staff in the Central Sterilization Unit of a hospital in Pucallpa - Peru in the year 2025”. The methodology chosen for this study was quantitative, observational, transactional and relational; it is specified that 205 nurses and nursing technicians; a questionnaire was administered to them and the researcher applied the observation guide while they were carrying out the process. Subsequently, data were obtained which will be processed and the SPSS version 27 statistical method will be used; finally, the final results will be expressed in tables and graphs. Likewise, to determine the correlation between both variables, Pearson's test will be applied in order to confirm or deny the hypothesis. The study will end with a discussion, conclusions and final recommendations.
