Comunicación terapéutica y satisfacción de los padres, unidad de cuidados intensivos de neonatología, en un hospital de Lima, 2024

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo el poder determinar como el nivel de la comunicación a nivel terapéutico que brinda la enfermera se relación con la satisfacción de los padres en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales (UCIN), el estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental de tipo aplicada, donde se trabajará con una muestra de 89 padres de neonatos en UCIN. Para la recolección de datos se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumentos un cuestionario para la comunicación terapéutica con una confiabilidad de 0.825 y otro cuestionario para medir la satisfacción de los padres con una confiabilidad de 0.821, la aplicación de los instrumentos tendrá una demora promedio de 25 minutos por participante, luego de ello la información será codificada y establecida en una base de datos que será analizada por el programa SPSS 25.0 mediante la estadística descriptiva con tablas y figuras y la inferencial a través de la prueba de Rho de Spearman que ayudara a encontrar la relación entre las variables, con lo cual poder comprobar las hipótesis de estudio y bridar las recomendaciones del caso.

This research aims to determine how the level of communication at the therapeutic level provided by the nurse is related to the satisfaction of the parents in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), the study is of quantitative approach correlational level, non-experimental design of applied type, where we will work with a sample of 89 parents of neonates in NICU. For data collection, the survey technique will be used and as instruments a questionnaire for therapeutic communication with a reliability of 0.825 and another questionnaire to measure parental satisfaction with a reliability of 0.821, the application of the instruments will have an average delay of 25 minutes per participant, after which the information will be coded and established in a database that will be analyzed by the program SPSS 25.0 through descriptive statistics with tables and figures and inferential statistics through Spearman's Rho test that will help to find the relationship between the variables, with which to be able to test the hypotheses of study and bridge the recommendations of the case.
