Periodo subclínico de embriaguez y su relación con siniestros de tránsito, en el peritaje químico forense de la unidad desconcentrada de dosaje etílico Abancay 2021-2022

Abstract

La problemática detectada en esta unidad, fue el aumento de siniestros de tránsito ocasionados por conductores que se encontraban dentro del periodo subclínico de embriaguez (con valores menores a 0.50 g/l. cero gramos, cincuenta centigramos de alcohol en sangre) , que según la legislación actual implementada en nuestro país, no suelen ser sancionadas; el objetivo general fue establecer la relación entre el periodo subclínico de embriaguez y los siniestros de tránsito, en el peritaje químico forense de la unidad desconcentrada de dosaje etílico de Abancay durante los años 2021-2022; la metodología se desarrolló en base al enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental transversal, nivel correlacional, la muestra estuvo constituida por 101 certificados que fueron seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia y la técnica utilizada fue el análisis documental y el instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos de 10 ítems que se complementan entre sí; los resultados revelaron que el periodo subclínico de embriaguez, no se relacionan significativamente con el choque, despiste y atropello en el peritaje químico forense de la unidad desconcentrada de dosaje etílico de Abancay; la conclusión más representativa fue que el periodo subclínico de embriaguez no se relaciona significativamente con los siniestros de tránsito, con un coeficiente rho de Spearman (0.074) y significancia bilateral 0.463 valor que fue mayor al error asumido 0.05.

The problem detected in this unit was the increase in traffic accidents caused by drivers who were within the subclinical period of drunkenness (with values less than 0.50 g/l. zero grams, fifty centigrams of alcohol in blood), which according to the current legislation implemented in our country, are not usually penalized; The general objective was to establish the relationship between the subclinical period of drunkenness and traffic accidents, in the forensic chemical expertise of the decentralized alcohol dosing unit of Abancay during the years 2021-2022; The methodology was developed based on the quantitative approach, applied type, cross-sectional non-experimental design, correlational level, the sample consisted of 101 certificates that were selected by non-probability sampling for convenience and the technique used was documentary analysis and the instrument was a data collection sheet of 10 items that complement each other; The results revealed that the subclinical period of drunkenness is not significantly related to the crash, distraction and run over in the forensic chemical appraisal of the decentralized alcohol dosage unit of Abancay; The most representative conclusion was that the subclinical period of drunkenness is not significantly related to traffic accidents, with a Spearman's rho coefficient (0.074) and bilateral significance of 0.463, a value that was greater than the assumed error of 0.05.
